What we do
Pattern recognition and design intelligence.
We observe products, behaviours, markets and culture to find the patterns that matter. Analysis turns them into design intelligence. Each commission gains a clear basis for decisions across identity, product and space, before form is fixed or resources are committed.
Industrial design and product thinking.
Industrial design gives form to an idea and carries it from sketch to manufacture. Product thinking sets the wider frame across range, tiering, roadmap and market position. Together they produce purposeful objects, coherent experiences and a credible path to production.
Identity design and brand systems.
We create identities as complete systems, from mark and language to guidelines, assets and spatial expression. Where several brands or offers sit together, strategy defines their relationships. Each commission delivers an identity that is distinct, coherent and ready to use.
Workplace and interior design.
We design workplaces and interiors around how people move, meet, focus and belong. Space use, flow, atmosphere and identity are resolved as one composition. Each commission delivers an enduring setting that supports its purpose and feels considered at every scale.

Founder
Lukas Scherrer is a Swiss-born industrial designer and the founder of SHIBULERU. He works from the position that value is created where pain is relieved, and that design is the instrument through which brands, products, and services become tangible in the market. His work is characterized by minimalist precision, functional elegance, and material honesty, grounded in sustainability and systems thinking.
